Four checks before a golf-ball printing project

Confirm the ball, artwork, quantity and result you need before choosing a printer.

Four checks before a golf-ball printing project

For golf-ball customization, check the ball surface, artwork position, quantity and intended result before planning production and delivery.

Printed golf ball
Sample with the production ball and artwork
GF2 rotary golf-ball printer
GF2 is designed around golf balls of about 43 mm

Confirm four things first

  • Ball: brand, model, diameter and coating.
  • Artwork: logo, small text, name or wraparound graphic.
  • Volume: total quantity, batches and delivery date.
  • Result: color, position, wraparound seams and wear resistance.

Compare GF1 for names and logos on individual balls, and GF2 for rotary wraparound artwork. GF2 is configured for 43 mm balls; other diameters need a custom setup.

How do you calculate the cost per ball?

Ball cost, ink coverage, print mode, labour and waste all change unit cost. Sample first, then calculate with real prices and measured time.

Your next step

Share ball photos, artwork, quantity and delivery date. Agree on the test before sending or bringing balls.
